Sales & Marketing Manager
Your mission: In this role, you are based at our Swiss headquarter in Geneva and report to the Director of the division located in Vienna. Your are responsible for all sales and marketing activities and objective achievement for the Swiss market for the Diabetes “business unit”. One of your main challenges is to closely work with your dedicated sales force in order to strengthen our market presence and products penetration and prepare the ground for the launch of state-of-the-art innovative therapies. On the marketing side, you work mostly on strategic project supporting Lilly’s long term commitment to become a key player and partner in the Diabetes Care field.
Yourself: Ideally holder of a university degree or equivalent, you are an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales and preferably sales management positions. You can also demonstrate sound knowledge of and experience in the marketing field. On top of your technical skills you should also have worked in the diabetes sector or at least in the endocrinology field. You are a business minded self-starter focused on delivering results. Your communication and leadership skills allow you to build solid and long-lasting relationships. You are fluent in French, German or Swiss-German and English.
