Our client is an international company located in the Netherlands. Due to an increase of workload, they are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Biostatistician (M/F) to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will play an important role in a dedicated team focused on the complexity of the development of clinical as well as potency assays for our new development and manufacture of biologics and vaccines. The assays will be used for stability testing, release testing and play a key role in the preparation of filling models for the final drug product. Therefore the programming and development of these filling models is one of the tasks.
With regards to the qualifications and experience, the company will consider candidates with the following profile:
• MSc/PhD in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Biostatistician required
• Demonstrate expertise in the field of Bioassay development and validation, design of experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, stability study design and analysis, specifications required
• Fluent in English at verbal and written level
• Demonstrate SAS skills and SPSS programming skills and understanding of database structures
• Strong knowledge of statistical principles and strong statistical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven performance of required tasks, as evidenced in outstanding performance in current tasks and/or documented record of accomplishments
• Evidence of strong management skills, as shown through management of multiple projects and/or staff members
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities
