Essential duties and responsibilities
• Essential duties and responsibilities as Study Director:
• Establish study protocols and write study reports.
• Supervise the technical, scientific and regulatory conduct of studies, including supervision of animal welfare, GLP and health & safety rules.
• Interpretation, evaluation and documentation of data.
• Close and regular client contact: consulting, setting-up and following of studies, report on results.
• For three issues:
• Apply rigorously good laboratory practice, animal welfare and health &safety rules.
• Represent CIT in a professional manner at all time (client visits, national and international congresses).
• Demonstrate commitment to continuing education and knowledge of CIT services as well as regulatory requirements in general.
Knowledge skills and abilities
• High degree of professionalism, scientific rigour and understanding with consistent attention to details and results.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic working relationship, with a tenacious approach (confident and persuasive manners) but a positive attitude and good adaptability to change (flexibility).
• Verbal and written communication skills: ability to interact with individuals from a wide variety of scientific background is essential (technicians, colleagues and members of other departments).
• Presentation skills:
• Use of spreadsheets, word processing and graphics for display of information, data and results
• Publication of articles and poster in scientific papers under the supervision of the Senior Scientists.
• Superior customer service skills: excellent communication with clients (written, telephone, hosting visits...) is mandatory.
• Proactive in nature: ability to anticipate problems which can affect quality, timing, cost… (such as technical, scientific, regulatory, animal welfare, GLP and health & safety problems) and propose solutions.
• High degree of self-motivation with effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team.
• Ability to handle multiple assignment and meet deadlines.
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and active in seeking new areas for learning.
Qualifications
• Pharmacy PhD degree or master in science
• First experience (3 to 5 years) in toxicology is required.

Regroupant 340 collaborateurs dont 60 Cadres, Nous effectuons des études de toxicologie, pharmacocinétique et de pharmacologie pour les industries pharmaceutiques et chimiques. Le CIT recherche 2 Directeur(trice) d’Etudes pour renforcer ses équipes :
Missions :
• Vous réalisez des études de Toxicologie générale en appliquant les lignes directrices internationales.
• Vous répondez aux besoins très variés des laboratoires pharmaceutiques dans un environnement scientifique et éthique rigoureux.
• Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de projets dans un environnement international.
• Vous intervenez en soutien des commerciaux par votre expertise scientifique.
• Vous participez à des colloques scientifiques nationaux et internationaux.
• Vous appliquez avec rigueur les bonnes pratiques de Laboratoire, les règles d’Ethique animale pour la santé et la sécurité.
Compétences :
• Vous portez attention aussi bien au détail qu’au résultat par votre rigueur scientifique.
• Vous faites preuve de ténacité tout en restant flexible dans vos relations professionnelles.
• Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite tant en français qu’en anglais avec différents publics.
• Vous maitrisez les outils de présentation pour la publication d’articles ou de poster avec l’appui d’un directeur d’études confirmé.
• Vous savez anticiper les problèmes et proposer des solutions.
• Vous êtes organisé et respecter les échéances, capable de travailler en équipe, tout en étant autonome.
• Vous savez rassurer les clients par votre aisance relationnelle et votre expertise.
• Vous restez en veille de nouvelles connaissances dans les domaines scientifiques.
Profil :
De formation supérieure scientifique (Master 2, Doctorat), avec une spécialisation en Toxicologie,
Vous avez une première expérience de 3 à 5 ans en toxicologie/ physiologie.
Vous maitrisez impérativement l’anglais oral et écrit.
