Clinical Audiologist
As an experienced audiologist, you will be the responsible professional who assures the interface between our organization and the clinics around the world. On site, in the clinics, you will be the contact and the technical support for the patients as well as for all partners in the clinics. You will care about the patient fitting process including screening and diagnostic of the hearing loss and developing new fitting technologies. You will provide technical support including receiving incoming calls and answering general inquiries (or refering to appropriate parties). You will work with research staff and corporate support staff to resolve customer or business issues. Furthermore, you will represent Acoustic Implants in all audiology topics in conferences, trade shows and open houses. You will give presentations and trainings in group's life or on our iLEARN - internet platform.
To hold this interesting position, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated hearing-care professional with solid audio logical know-how (master degree in Audiology) and experience in fitting digital hearing instruments. You have excellent interpersonal skills that allow successful working relationships with a wide range of patients, colleagues and clinical contacts. These skills include persuasive speaking and writing, active listening and empathy. You like travelling and you are fluent in spoken and written English. German “Basic or professional” is essential, and negotiation level French is also preferred.
