We are urgently looking for a Trial Logistics specialist or CRA for the position of
Site Activation Services Specialist (SAS specialist (study start / trial logistics)
As Trial Logistics Specialist you will assist the TL Group with a variety of tasks related to site start-up activities, such as :
- Collect, review, process and track regulatory & investigator documents required for study site activation
- Liaise with assigned Regulatory Departments and investigative sites regarding document submission requirements
- Negotiate contracts and budgets with investigative sites
- Maintain and update document tracking information
- Liaise with Central IRB and study vendors
- Perform general Trial Logistic and administrative tasks during study start up activities
This looks like your profile?
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two-three years of experience working in project start up activities with strong knowledge of FDA, ICH and IRB regulations/guidelines
or
- Biological Science/Pharmacy/Nursing degree or nursing qualification with two years of experience working in project start up activities or as a CRA with strong knowledge of FDA, ICH and IRB regulations/guidelines
- Familiarity with investigator start-up documents and previous interaction with operational project teams and investigative sites
- Understanding of drug development processes
- Communication, writing and organization skills
- Detail and process oriented with multi-task and pro-active approach
- Good team player
- Computer literate
- Good English and local language
