Laboratoires Juva Santé is the French leader of food supplements, medical devices and first aid products on the mass retail sector.

- Responsible for managing the outsourced projects for food, health and beauty ranges (Juvamine brand)
- Development of about 30 new products/year dedicated to France and international markets within the deadlines, according to the targeted price and in compliance with the quality/regulatory and marketing specifications
- Conducting a portfolio of 130 shopping references which represent 5M€ of purchasing turnover and a panel of 20 active suppliers
- Technical mastery of the following ranges of products: teas/herbal infusions, food supplements, medical devices, healthy and organic products, essential oils
- Responsible for selecting suppliers able to provide the suitable product and negotiate with them the best value for money==>Gain of 3% in three years on turnover
-New suppliers sourcing (on the European scale) attending trade shows and using the internet ==>20% of new suppliers identified in three years
-Request for proposals drafting and monitoring
-Framework agreement negotiation==>100% of the existing and new suppliers signed the standard agreement, as well as accepted penalties for delay. Exclusive distribution rights were negotiated and obtained for all the medical devices ranges
- Supplier relationship management and annual assessment of active suppliers
- Liaised with cross functional departments and suppliers regarding day-to-day issues
